This Returns Policy explains how to send an item back to us.

• Report a defect, damage or wrong item: within 7 days of delivery

Return window

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Report the problem within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We cover the cost of returning faulty, damaged or incorrect items and will send a replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return

1. Email support@thuongthuongecom.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We will confirm your return and the address to send it to.
3. Send the item back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Refunds

We issue your refund within 5 business days after we receive and check the returned item. See our Refund Policy.
