Delivery time

Standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks from the date you place your order. This includes order processing and transit time.

We ship worldwide. Remote areas may take longer to reach.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, please contact us at support@thuongthuongecom.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours if you need to change it.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe and will appear on your card statement as THUONGECOM.
